In my capacity as Administrator at Komedia, I started designing for print in the early 90s. At the beginning I produced all of the in-house publicity, but then in 1995, I took over the design of the venue's brochure (pictured right). At about the same time I also diversified into new media design and, from modest beginnings, I took over the design and maintenance of the Komedia website. Gradually, as commissions from other companies grew I took the decision to go freelance and in August 1997 formed jgdesigns.
